This website was created to show examples of defects that can exist within the systems and components of a home or light commercial building. The pictures shown are from my personal collection of defects I have noted from thousands of home inspections I have performed. This website cannot show every possible defect that can exist, but it does show many of the more common issues.
This website is created purely for entertainment and does not replace having a home inspection done by a professional home inspector.
